International joint venture :
We are in a position to facilitate international partnerships with world’s leading Universities, identify courses which are special and most appropriate to Indian students. We could design new course contents to match the local economic and employment situations with support from overseas institutions. Best known American Universities have announced their plan for international engagements. In science, technology and other areas of scholarship building new partnerships with reputed Indian Universities will soon become a reality regardless of the many regulatory barriers. To quote from Statesman dt April 03 2005 “If Stanford did come here, it would not be another of the bucket-shop private universities that charge a hefty amount for a so-called foreign degree, though from India. Instead, the university, the official said, would be considering moving certain courses out of Stanford to India if they were relevant here. For instance, Indian or South Asian history could be taught here as also, a course on the economics of developing countries. “It makes a lot of sense to teach these courses here. Those who will study here will be those who will be admitted there (there may be no direct admissions here) and sent here. India is one of the possibilities. They are thinking of a campus in China or Singapore as well,” the official said. Stanford already has a campus in England, near Oxford.

In his journal article In search of Saraswati: The ambivalence of the Indian academic “ Philip J Altbach states  “The ambivalent role of the college teacher as an individual with an inadequate income, declining social status, and yet the pretense of professionalism is the theme of this article.”  Taking this message with no less  humiliation to the Indian teaching community, we have designed effective teaching methods at all levels. A regular update of  information and training will enable the teaching staff to acquire new skills , understand current trends and advancement in educational research. Student Counseling :
Soon after the completion of their secondary level education, many students are found to have lost their direction for a number of reasons. In our perception it is mostly due to want of guidance by the school in which they studied and the parents’ inability to offer academic advice. Most parents even the highly literate impose their  fancy for  Engineering or Medicine on their children based on their understanding of  perceived financial security. Such misconceived goals in life offer little chance for students to pursue paths of ambition.  

Lack of communicative competence among undergraduate students belonging to pockets of rural poverty is a common phenomena. They are unable to comply with the social standards governing speech behavior in specific situations such as an interview or a group discussion without stress. Another distinct disadvantage for an enterprising student with great ambitions is the unfamiliarity with the world of knowledge and current affairs.
